  • "This property is spacious and comfortable, set in a small village on the road between Selby and York."

The owners were ideal - accessible if required, and provided ample information about the locale, premises and facilities. We used the place as a base to travel around the area but would have been equally satisfied to use it as a home from home. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend this property.

  • "Very warm welcome and lots of personal touches and especially family/child friendly."

My three year old loved the safe enclosed garden with toys, games and Wendy house provided. We'll located for site seeing as well. Would definitely stay again.
