Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, as well as a small, enclosed lawn at the front where children can play and dogs can run around safely.

The centre of Scarborough is a mile and a half away, so you can enjoy a nice stroll towards the excellent selection of shops at the Brunswick Shopping Centre, along with pubs and eateries, before hitting the fabulous stretch of sandy beach at either north bay or South Bay and enjoying some fish and chips or letting the children ride a donkey along the sand.
