Met with owner upon arrival who had baked some bread! Draw back is the creaking floorboards which are very noisy.

  • "Lovely property - spotless, all home comforts and good communication with owner."

Fresh baked bread and other groceries on arrival much appreciated. Good local amenities. Tight fiddly parking space because of bad parking by others and fence immediately opposite. Stairs, doors and both upstairs floors very creaky - impossible for anyone to go to loo in middle of the night without waking whole house. Road outside busy so fair bit of traffic noise. Good points outweighs not so good though so would stay again if visiting the area.

So pleased you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your feedback as it’s essential for us to keep the best standards possible. I would just clarify a few things which maybe misunderstood by potential guests, the property is not on a main road it is in the village connecting other farming villages and the traffic after dark is minimal. The car space is adequate for most vehicle, contractors have parked their transit vans and we have had guests with large 4WD, unfortunately you must have experienced poor parking by neighbours. I have checked all doors for ‘ ‘squeaking’ but unfortunately all houses have noises which we accept after a while but I can’t do anything about the floorboards and this has not been an issue mentioned before. Thank you once again for the feedback Kind regards Trevor and Jenny. Property Owner
