With pleasant views overlooking the village green in Brandesburton, is this delightful semi-detached traditional cottage.

Centrally located between Hornsea, Beverley and Driffield, it provides the perfect base for exploring both the east coast and the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds.

The bathroom is on the ground floor, while upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms, two singles and a spacious double.

Next door is a popular fish and chip restaurant and across the road the local village inn serves food and good ales.

A few minutes’ drive brings you to the historic and pretty market town of Beverley, with excellent restaurants, cafes, affluent shops and a spectacular minster.

The extensive common pastures of Westwood are on the edge of the town and great for your four legged friends and children alike.

The seaside resort of Hornsea offers long sandy beaches, elegant promenades and colourful ornamental gardens, along with Hornsea Mere, where you can partake in boating and water activities.

With pony rides, candy floss and ice-cream it is a lovely family destination.

The surrounding area has much to do and see, with the nearby stately homes of Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere House, Sewerby Hall and Burton Constable Hall all worth a visit.

The Yorkshire Wolds are a delight with numerous public footpaths and cycling opportunities through gentle countryside.

The small village of Brandesburton lies in the East Riding of Yorkshire betwixt Hornsea and Beverley.
