Absolutely spotless and comfortable. Apart from needing a washing up bowl there was nothing else we could wish for. Please pass this on to the owners. Reviewed by PamJul 2022 "Lovely comfortable bungalow, enjoyed our stay." Reviewed by SJun 2022 "The property was very clean and as described." The only issue we had was the large double right-hand side bed was in a poor state and very uncomfortable, fortunately, there were only three of us so we swapped into the smaller bedroom and used only the left and side of the large bed. I think it is most likely that someone at some time must have used the bed as a trampline as it was quite obvious that it had serious sping damage. Not wishing to sound petty but a bread knife would be a handy tool to have in the cutlery. Reviewed by TonyMay 2022 "We had a lovely stay." The cottage was beutifull and absolutely spotless. The bungalow was immaculately clean when we arrived and was very cosy...a real home from home, all you could need fr a few days away or even longer as there was a washer/dryer available A super large wall mounted TV with all channels available to keep the kids quiet on the rainy days and a lovely garden for the pooch to exercise in. Really comfy beds and lovely bedding..plenty of coat hangers and storage The village itself is very quiet and the bungalow situated on a very quiet cul de sac....We came across the village pub and the locals made us feel really welcome and we joined in with their New Year celebrations A real little gem and will definitely book again Thankyou so much for letting us stay Reviewed by DonnaDec 2021 "The bungalow was fresh, clean and very well presented." The owner had supplied plenty of tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk to start us off on on our arrival. I do have one suggestion for the owner, blinds or curtains at the patio doors would make it easier to see the television when the sun is shining. Other than that everything was perfect. I would certainly recommend this property and would stay there again. One of the best we have stayed in. Reviewed by JohnOct 2021 "The bungalow was really well equipt, and spotlessly clean." It is in prime position for touring all places on the east coast. The local pub in the village serves really good food, and is warm and welcoming. We would definitely recommend the whole holiday. Reviewed by PaulineSep 2021 "Iris is a small but very lovely, comfortable." Holiday let close by to the train station and with easy access to many local attractions. The facilities are of a high standard and quality. The WiFi signal is excellent. Instructions for use of cooker and heating would have been handy as there were none and outdoor space needs to be maintained. Unfortunately on arrival which was after stated time we had to wait a further hour for the cleaner to finish and some of the towels provided although clean were still damp.
