“Just what we wanted”
We stayed here in a big three-generation family group over the May half-term holiday week. It suited us perfectly. It's a big old house with some quirks, but with a homely feel to it and we all enjoyed our holiday. Plenty of space for the children to run around outside, and plenty of things to amuse them indoors too. Better equipped than other self-catering properties we have rented. The pub opposite is very friendly and serves excellent local real ale and good "pub grub" style food. To cap it ...

To cap it all, it's walking distance from the wonderful Bempton cliffs with their incredible seabird population. (Well, most of us walked - it was a bit too far for the 16-month-old!)
