  • "Fabulous property and owners."

Every necessity was in the cottage , which was spotless, even a collinder!. Judith checked with us , after a day, to confirm that everything was ok , which of course it was ,and asked that we should ask if there was anything we needed . The Burrows is in a beautiful and very quiet location and should be visited for a relaxing break.. Phil and Mary...

Thank you very much for your lovely review and for being fantastic guests. We're very glad you enjoyed your holiday and that you had everything you needed - even the weather! Property Owner

  • "Lovely cottage in a peaceful location."

Fully equipped , no need to take any items for the kitchen. Judith was a perfect host. Tastefully decorated. Although the cottage is down a very narrow lane we only met one car in the time we stayed there and we were lucky to be near a passing place.

It's very kind of you to leave such a positive review. We're delighted you enjoyed your stay and we'd like to thank you for being lovely guests abd leaving everything very tidy. Property Owner

  • "Correspondence prior to our stay was excellent."

On the day of our arrival, Judith met us at the property with a warm and welcoming smile. She was a wonderful host, who paid attention to all the details to ensure we had the ultimate break. Additional touches included a library of informative books and tourist leaflets, dvds and board games. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday A++ beyond the standard equipped kitchen as she had also provided cling film/foil and sandwich bags. The welcome basket included a pint of milk, a bottle of wine and a large share bag of Yorkshire ready salted crisps. The rooms were spacious for a couple with comfortable beds, crisp linen, decorative cushions and an additional blankets. Overall, The Burrows was cosy and quiet, and led to a really relaxing and peaceful stay. Thank you Judith, we loved it!

Thank you so much for your lovely review and for being fantastic guests. We're always happy when our guests are enjoying their holiday and the peace and tranquility of the countryside around the cottage. Property Owner

  • "Lovely relaxing stay at The Burrow’s."

Accommodation was exactly as listed. All amenities & exceptionally clean. Beds comfortable, room’s nice & airy, even though it was 24c outside. Judith the owner was very helpful when we needed her. Very quiet area. We thought the lane going to the cottage was going to be a problem, but didn’t meet any traffic on it; only a couple of walker’s. Can highly recommend & would definitely return. Many thanks from The Rhodes family.

Thank you for staying at the Burrows and for your lovely comments. We're very glad you had a relaxing and comfortable stay and that you enjoyed your holiday. It was a pleasure having you all here and we'd be delighted to see you again. Property Owner
