  • "Wonderful little property - clean, warm, well equiped, excellent wifi, brilliant location."

So peaceful in the middle of the countryside that we could listen to the owls as we went for our evening rambles, but close enough to Harrogate to do our grocery shopping & visit the tea shops. Tracey and Paul were amazingly helpful during our stay. Hoping to book again :)

Tracey and Paul were very welcoming. The Annex had everything we needed though a small chair in the bedroom to put clothes on would have been useful.

Hosts were excellent and always on hand if you had any problems. The photos on the website did not do it justice. Too be honest you couldn’t fault the property or the owners even though they hadn’t been doing it for long.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Ulverston House Annex."

The property was clean and comfortable, and was perfectly placed for many local attractions and pubs. Considering it was situated within the owner's garden, at no time did we feel overlooked, however they were at hand if needed. It was a pleasure to return to after a day's walking and, should we re-visit the area, we would be happy to book the property again.

  • "This property is ideally positioned for exploring the Yorkshire Dales."

It was clean and well appointed with good quality equipment and appliances. It also has a lovely garden to sit in if you're lucky with the weather. If I was being very picky I would have liked a surface in the bedroom to be able to put toiletries etc on, but just a small thing. Would highly recommend.
