    “Lovely place to stay”

    Loved this cottage stayed with the wife and 2 kids for a long weekend, We would stay again in a heartbeat, perfect size for a family of 4 but would sleep 5, a 2nd downstairs toilet comes in handy with kids! centrally located for pubs and shops also a nice chip shop round the corner, There are lovely walks around the area, We will definitely be back when staying in the area.

Resting within striking distance to opportunities for birdwatching, hiking and watersports activities, this accommodation is perfect for a traditional coastal getaway or an outdoor enthusiasts haven.

After an action-packed afternoon, look forward to relaxing into your evening within the brightly decorated sitting room, where you can sink into the plush sofa and tune into the TV, whilst the electric fire gently fills the room with warmth during a chilly winter evening.

Beyond here is the well-equipped kitchen, where the designated chef of the group will be delighted to find a contemporary kitchen, housing everything you could possibly need to cater your own delicious home-cooked meal during a week-long break.

As the evening draws to a close, venture up the staircase to retire to one of the elegantly presented bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom, a child's single bedroom and an additional double bedroom located on the second-floor.

Completing the interior is a bathroom, complete with a shower over bath, basin WC, ensuring a tranquil space to soak your muscles after a busy day exploring.

If you don’t feel like cooking one evening, a short stroll will bring you to a selection of pubs, restaurants and takeaways to choose from, satisfying all ages and tastes, as well as a number of shops for picking up the holiday essentials.

For those feeling adventurous, walk along the coastal path and discover the famous Flamborough Cliffs, where you will find breath-taking views and a glorious beach, offering opportunities to laze on the sands during a summer’s day.

Brush up on the local history by spend an afternoon at 14th century, Flamborough Castle, or venture to North Landing where you will find opportunities for fishing.

The pretty village of Flamborough occupies a superb setting, perched on a picturesque peninsula on the East Coast of Yorkshire, 4 miles from Bridlington. Housing traditional fishermen's cottages and a small selection of welcoming pubs and restaurants, Flamborough also has much to offer the rambler, historian and birdwatcher. There are spectacular cliffs, which form an eight mile stretch of Heritage coastline, and at Flamborough Head, stand two historic lighthouses, one of which is the oldest one in Britain, built in 1674. To the north of the village, the magnificent 400 feet high cliffs are home to one of the largest colonies of nesting sea birds in England. Discover the puffins at Bempton, follow the fascinating natural trails at South Landing and the wooded ravine at Danes Dyke, or explore the smugglers’ caves at North Landing. Enjoy a spot of fishing or a boat trip to explore the sea caves. Flamborough Head is a wonderful place for anyone who enjoys beautiful coastal scenery and bracing sea air.
