The property

Welcome to Wabi Sabi, two peaceful guest houses born from the heart of our family home, lovingly crafted by Adam and Jolita.

Nestled deep in rural Driffield, this calm haven breathes with the quiet rhythm of the land.

Here, time slows, offering a gentle embrace just moments from the historic charm of Beverley and the soft sands of Fraisthorpe Beach—a cherished spot for families and quiet moments.

We're also well-connected to the enduring beauty of coastal towns like Whitby and Filey, and just an hour from the vibrant, ancient heart of York, a city rich with history and art, perfect for a day of discovery. Each guest house comfortably sleeps four, yet we’ve intentionally designed them for two, honouring a sense of spacious calm and restful quiet.

This isn't a place for parties; it's a sanctuary where peace truly presides. On-site, Jolita runs a small skin clinic, offering personalized treatments designed to help you truly unwind and reconnect with yourself during your stay. The kitchens are the heart of each space, fully equipped with high-quality appliances, ready for the shared joy of family cooking.

We warmly welcome your little ones, offering a Bloom high chair on request.

Fresh linens, soft towels, and cozy gowns are here to wrap you in comfort, making you feel truly at home. You’ll be greeted by Shadow, our gentle German Shepherd, whose loving spirit embraces everyone.

She thrives on human connection, so be prepared for a happy welcome.

For the harmony of all, we kindly ask that you leave your own beloved dogs at home. Step outside and you’ll find endless bridle paths winding through the landscape, inviting you to wander.

Just 40 minutes away lies the walker's paradise of Millington, where hills meet sky in quiet majesty.

This place calls to all kinds of souls, inviting you to slow down, breathe deep, and truly absorb the natural beauty that surrounds you. We truly can’t wait to welcome you to Wabi Sabi—where the profound calm of nature meets heartfelt comfort.

We know you’ll find a deep sense of peace here.
