"A lovely house in a peaceful location with great views of the sea."
Everything was very clean and comfortable and generally well equipped. We appreciated the speed at which a problem with the cooker was sorted out. The sitting out area at the back of the house is a real suntrap. Robert and Glenda are excellent hosts who are friendly and sociable. Their local knowledge was very helpful especially about the beautiful beach at Skinningrove. We had a really enjoyable week and would recommend this property.

Glenda and Robert are so friendly and the best hosts, they are super helpful and they think about every last detail. The property is super clean and just stunningly decorated with lots of home comforts. It is in an ideal location and the views from front and back of the property are beautiful and I miss them already. I cannot rate this highly enough, we will most definitely be returning. Thank you Glenda and Robert for our stay in your beautiful property, we miss it already.

"This holiday let was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean, comfortable and all the amenities that you need to be able to self cater, the spacious open plan downstairs was a plus with great views to the front and fields at the back."
The garden is a really well maintained and great to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet. The location was brilliant for us as we were in easy reach of the all the coastal places we wanted to visit, the owners are super and and provided us with lots of great recommendations, the essentials in the kitchen were unexpected and a really nice touch, especially the sweet treat, we loved staying here and will definitely be back in the future, thanks so much for helping to make a perfect holiday for us

"I recently had the pleasure of spending a week in a rental house near Saltburn-by-the-Sea, and I must say it was an incredible experience."
From the moment I arrived, the couple who owns the house welcomed me and made me feel right at home. The first thing that struck me about the house was its cosy and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that a lot of thought and care had been put into creating a space that exudes warmth and comfort. The rooms were tastefully decorated, the abundance of natural light and its views gave it an overall charm. One of the highlights of this rental house was its peacefulness. Located in a tranquil countryside, it provided the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Additionally, the house's proximity to amenities was a major plus. Everything I needed was within easy reach, from grocery stores and restaurants to local attractions and the beach. It allowed me to make the most of my time without having to travel long distances. Throughout my stay, the couple who owned the house were incredibly accommodating and attentive. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided valuable recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Their genuine hospitality truly made a difference and added an extra layer of warmth to my experience. I highly recommend this rental house near Saltburn-by-the-Sea to anyone.

The kitchen houses many handy amenities in stylish furniture, ideal for cooking up a storm, and guests can enjoy a meal together at the dining table, overlooking the gardens.
After a long day of exploring, the charming sitting area encourages you to settle down in one of the leather sofas with a cup of tea and reflect on your day.

SALTBURN-BY-THE-SEA
Redcar 5 miles; Guisborough 5 miles; Staithes 9 miles; Whitby 19 miles.
The small village of Lingdale lies on the northern edge of the North York Moors National Park, 4 miles from the former Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Surrounded by open countryside, Lingdale has a local pub and shops for everday needs. Saltburn has excellent amenities such as good restaurants, tea rooms, individual shops and art galleries. There are also good sandy beaches with a splendid historic pier. Lingdale village is a great base for visiting the pretty coastal villages of Staithes and Runswick Bay, which lie on the Heritage Coast, renowned for its Jurassic fossil hunting trips. From Lingdale there is also easy access to the seaside towns of Whitby and Scarborough, and of course, the stunning scenery of the North York Moors.
