We needed a get away and managed to get this cottage at short notice. The cottage is large with very traditional features, good sized bedrooms. The beds were warm and comfy and a bonus each room had an en-suite. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you need for a break away, I personally have no intention of running master chef when I’m on holiday. There was also a nice welcome pack on arrival. The parking was ample for 1 car and you can get 2 on, if you go onto the lawned area at the front. It’s a shame the house doesn’t have a larger garden, there is as another review mentioned an unkept area to the rear of the property, visible from 2 bathroom windows only, upon further investigation this belongs to the farmer behind, I guess that’s part of the parcel of living in this lovely rural area. Good location, close to pubs and 2 miles from beach. If you want a rustic, lived in, holiday home, this one is for you, however a town new build it is not.
