    Mrs Armer

“The cottage was furnished and equipped to a high standard.”

Spotlessly clean and the owners John and Nancy were most welcoming and helpful.

Spotlessly clean and the owners John and Nancy were most welcoming and helpful. The only problem we encountered was poor TV reception on both BBC1 and ITV but this in no way affected our stay. Holtby Grange is very convenient for the park and ride into York and well situated to visit lots of other places of interest. Having enjoyed numerous self catering holidays over many years this is most certainly 5 Star.
