The property

Resting in the scenic village of Cranswick, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, is this delightful cottage, The Annex at The Pack Horse.

The cottage has easy access to the Market Towns of Beverley and Driffield, with Hull close by as well as the East Yorkshire coast towns such as Bridlington, Filey, Scarborough.

The contemporary dwelling sleeps up four guests and offers a charming retreat for both couples and friends.

Stepping through the property you will first discover the social-hub of the house, the open-plan living/dining room, where you can relax and unwind before the woodburning stove with your favourite film playing in the background.

Travel to the next room and find the sleek kitchen, certain to entice any budding chefs, boasting all of the essential amenities required to rustle up a heart-warming meal for the group to enjoy gathered around the sociable setting of the dining table.

The cottage is just a stone's throw away from the traditional village pub, serving a variety of ales and a friendly atmosphere, the perfect stop off for a well-deserved treat after an action-packed day, and a short stroll will bring you to the local store, which supplies well-stocked essentials for your every need as well as a Spar shop with Post Office, Fish and Chip shop, Chinese Takeaway, Farm Shop and superb local butcher.

Cranswick hosts an array of beautiful walks and is ideal for cycling due to it's breath-taking scenery.

Also in the village is the largest public green in the UK as well as a large children's park with a new Zip line.

For a day at the beach, take a drive up to the seaside town of Bridlington, which boasts a long stretch of golden sand and access to the promenade, which makes for a wonderful afternoon stroll or simply a place to sit and watch the world go by.
