The property

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac residential street, this semi-detached bungalow is ideal for two couples or small families, offering a perfect peaceful getaway in the sleepy village of Hutton Rudby, near the town of Yarm, North Yorkshire.

This inviting and homely bungalow enters in through a hallway, where you will be able to find two queen-size bedrooms, with ample wardrobe space, bedside tables, with one of which containing a TV for all your entertainment needs, and a contemporary bathroom which includes a shower over bath, WC, hand basin and a heated towel rail.

An airy, spacious sitting room can be found to the first left of the hallway, which benefits from a large window, ample seating and a warming open coal fire, the perfect area to catch up with loved ones and plan exciting day's ahead during your stay.

Moving through the property, you will be greeted by a well-appointed wooden-style kitchen, complete with all your culinary necessities, including an electric cooker, a fridge and freezer, and a washing and drying machine.

Open up the back door in the kitchen and you will find a large, privately enclosed garden with an outdoor seating area where you can dine alfresco or enjoy the quiet tranquility of the fresh countryside air.

A pretty village on the northwest fringes of the North York Moors National Park. Hutton Rudby plays host to a convenience store, a Post Office and a choice of pubs, some of which serve food. Hutton Rudby is 6 miles from the market town of Yarm and 4 mile from Stokesley, both which are good for food, drink and independent shops. Close by, keen walkers and cyclists can explore the scenic North York Moors, or enjoy a spot of shopping in the large post-industrial town of Middlesborough, a place bursting with excellent eateries, shops and pubs. A trip south with bring you to the stunning market town of Thirsk, lined with attractive buildings and hosting a popular racecourse.
