The cottage was very clean and had plenty of facilities to use. The show and underfloor hearing was good especially when you had just got out of the shower which is quite powerful which we all like. We enjoyed ourself that much we are thinking of booking again soon with family and friends who we recommended the cottage too. Thanks again Tracy and Patrick for a delightful stay at your cottage from Paul, Michelle, Mandy, Gaby and Lincoln our dog

Patrick and Tracy were both extremely helpful when our car battery went flat. Couldn't have asked for more. The cottage is lovely - spacious, warm, decorated really nicely and with an excellent enclosed garden for our dogs. Wish I could have more of the lovely lemon drizzle cake we found on our arrival. Thank you so much for a lovely break.

the daughters visited us while we where there and one said she would like her home laid out like the cottage, the dogs are totally safe in the garden and have miles off walks around the area. we will continue to use this cottage again over the coming years.the wife likes it because the kitchen is truly set up for a person in a wheelchair and she enjoyed cooking all the meals without a struggle to reach things she needed.

  • "As a disabled person it can be very difficult to find adapted property which also accept animals ."

This property does that which is brilliant. It's located in a great position for the North Yorkshire moors and coast . The property itself was very clean on arrival with cake and treats for the dogs which was very nice of the owners who are very accomadating and try to please . The only downside if you can call it that is that where you park your vehicle it has a gravel covering on the parking area and driveway which is a problem with anybody with a wheelchair as you get stuck . Gravel and wheelchairs don't mix!! . But there is a more than adequate path up the side of the cottages with easy access to the cottage with ramped access. All in all this is a very nice cottage with everything you will need for a stay which I will be visiting again and would recommend to anybody able bodied or with a disability . Many thanks to the owners .
