It was clean and comfortable and had everything that was needed for our stay. Nice location and good value for money. Would definitely return. Highly recommended .

  • "A wonderful stay overall, very quiet and peaceful."

Just a few observations-inaccessible socket near the mirror and nowhere to put things whilst doing my hair. A hook in the bathroom/bedroom and possibly a bath mat (we had to use one of the towels) would add to the comfort. A cheese grater was the only thing missing in the kitchen, otherwise everything had been thought of. These are minor gripes, though, we had a lovely stay and the owners are friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend and we hope to return.

Finished and fitted out to a high standard, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is set in a quiet, peaceful location in beautiful countryside but only a short drive from amenities. The owners are friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and will return in the future. Thank you Rachael and Jim for a wonderful holiday!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the owners were such lovely friendly people who happily provided recommendations on places to go and see. There are a lot of holiday cottages available, but this really is a gem and I would happily return.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks family holiday here."

The cottage was lovely, clean and comfortable with everything we needed including fresh bread, milk and Prosecco! The surrounding area was beautiful. On our first evening the owner told us they were combining the Wheat in one of their fields opposite so we went to watch and as advised had a really lovely walk through the field to the Beck. The owners were genuinely such warm, friendly and helpful people and cricket lovers as well!! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.
