    Lounge a little on the small side but was fine for the two of us. Lovely dining room, Both bedrooms very good size with nice furniture, bed was also very comfortable. Loved large bathroom, beautiful large shower & freestanding bath. The house is in a perfect position for all restaurants & pubs but it's also in a quiet little close. The owners left a welcome pack, which was a lovely gesture. If we visited Malton again would definitely stay at house.

The property offers a choice of two bedrooms, a super-king-size with zip/link feature, that can be made into a twin upon request, and a double.

Serving the bedrooms is the ample family bathroom, complete with elegant free standing bath and walk-in shower, so you prepare for the day however you like.

Malton is a bustling town that boasts a good selection of shops and has a growing reputation for its fine eateries; you'll find a host of bars, pubs and restaurants within a few minutes of the property.

About the location

MALTON

York 18 miles; Scarborough 24 miles.

The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
