  • "We had a great stay ,flat was nice and cosy and comfortable ."

Great location with everything on your doorstep with great transport links nearby .Were a bit disappointed when we drew a crack in the back of the toilet seat to the owner who said they would replace it but didnt while we were there .Would still recommend to friends and family though.

Perfect location and clear instructions regarding directions and key collection from the owner. The apartment was cosy and warm. Considering it's next to a car park it was so peaceful. Will definitely come back.

  • "The apartment itself was fine and comfortable, the parking was great and as we have an electric car so was the charging in the car park."

The only downside is the entrance and the courtyard as mentioned in other reviews but this wasn’t a deal breaker . The fact that the property is so conveniently placed to enjoy Malton is really the best thing.

  • "Quality apartment, so convenient for bus/train stations, local supermarkets and the town centre."

Free parking permit was appreciated. Lovely grounds to sit in at the back of theTalbot Hotel, as the shared patio area was not fit for purpose. Also bedroom window needs attention for a comfortable night in warm weather, which we enjoyed.

  • "Lovely one bed apartment in excellent location."

Everything you need for a break away and close to train station. The bed is extremely comfortable. The only negative is that the velux windows don't open and it can get very snuffy. We would definitely go back again, if available.

  • "Property not easy to find with directions given, We would not want to sit in the courtyard area and would be surprised if any one else did, accommodation was comfortable and clean but we do not think that having windows that do not open is acceptable especially at this time of year."

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, I am glad to hear that you found the property clean and comfortable. We instruct guests to call us so we can assist in finding the property. The courtyard is communal so we do share it with other properties. The only windows that don't open are the ones in the kitchen and the bathroom, however, we do have patio doors. Once again we thank you for the feedback. Property Owner

  • "We were thrilled to have such a quiet flat in the middle of Malton with all the facilities within a few seconds walk!"

The flat is light and bright with everything we needed for a three day break. Access is a little unusual so be sure to listen carefully to the owners’ arrival instructions - we nearly missed the external door from the car park! Once down the internal passage we emerged in to a secure courtyard with external steps up to the flat. We hope to use it again when next visiting family in the area.

  • "Excellent holiday accommodation."

Very clean and modern with lots of equipment to comfortably live there for a week. The bed mattress is too firm for us but this is usually the case with holiday lets so we brought our own mattress topper. The living room could do with some soft lighting. We found the living room lights too bright to watch TV in the evening so a standard lamp or wall lamps would be good. The bathroom could do with a cabinet for the toiletries you bring. We had to make use of the window sill. There are stairs, nothing too excessive, leading up to the property so be prepared for that. The only issue I can see is if they become slippery in bad weather. All in all a good little holiday let.
