“Kate is a lovely host and made us very welcome.”

The cottage was clean, well kept and we were well provided for. Plenty of towels, tea and coffee were an added welcome extra too. The cottage is situated in an ideal place; it is on the top of a hill; providing a quiet and peaceful break, with stunning landscape to view from the windows and lovely walks. Would definitely book again. :)

Thankyou for taking the time to review Derwent House. The cottage is not on a hill but 3.5 miles down a lane off a main road which gives it a really peaceful location. Kind regards, - Sykes owner relations
