“Something wrong with the heating, the cottage was cold.”

The boiler kept comming on and off but radiators were cold. Nice cottage but the boiler in the bedroom is a no no. Electric shower was leaking from the case, not the hose, this was a bit worrying. Cottage was ok and if the heating has a timer fitted to turn it off at night, that would be a good option, definitely a new shower needed, boiler & heating checked .

Thank you for your comments, we do take all feedback onboard, we are sorry that you experienced issue with the heating and the shower, had we been aware at the time we would have been more than happy to come and put the heating on a timer for you and resolve any issues for you. We we have now added a new shower to the property. Thank you again for your feedback. - Sykes owner relations
