It was actually better than it looked online. Large, well furnished rooms finished to a very high standard with everything we could want at a good price. As a couple it worked well for us, sleeping downstairs and using the upstairs bedroom and ensuite as a dressing room. Well placed for York (close to the A59 park and ride), Knaresborough, Harrogate and Ripon. Less than a mile from the A59, but in a quiet situation with a sunny patio and garden and views over open fields. Would certainly recommend.
