    “Very clean and comfortable bungalow but not suited to people with mobility difficulties.”

    There is a slope from where you park car to front door which was even more difficult due to overgrown bush .There was then a total of 4 steps up and one down to get from outside through porch and into hall .One of these steps was only 2 small tiles wide so difficult to step on .Also access to garden was via 2 steep steps. For people with no mobility issues there is not a problem but it definitely needs to be mentioned in description that it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties We came home 3 days early as it was too difficult for me getting in and out of property.

This is a lovely two bedroom bungalow, located in the quiet suburbs of Scarborough.

On entering the property there is a lovely fresh open plan living area with a sitting room, diner and additional snug space.

The lounge space has a brown leather suite next to an ornamental fireplace, a great space for relaxing in the evenings.

The lounge also has a TV for guests to enjoy.

The additional snug space has large comfy bean bags, perfect for families with children.

Along the hallway is a beautiful modern bathroom with a shower over bath set up.

The contemporary open kitchen and dining area has all the facilities guests will need during their stay for self catering.

The kitchen also has a washing machine which is great for guests staying at the property for more than a few days.

This property sleeps four guests in two spacious and comfortable bedrooms.

The master bedroom is a large double with plenty of storage space for guests to use.

The second room is a twin with lots of additional space and storage.There is ample off road parking for one car and a garage with space for storing bikes.

This is perfect for guests who wish to explore Scarborough by bike and take advantage of some of the scenic cycle routes within the area.

The extensive well kept gardens to the front of the property are ideal for guests with children to let off some additional holiday energy.

To the rear of the property there is a large patio area, excellent for guests to indulge in some al fresco dining during the warmer months.

The local shops can be reached just a short drive or a ten minute walk from the property.

The nearest pub is just a five minute walk down the road from the property, which is excellent for groups wishing to enjoy a few drinks together on their holiday.

While visiting guests should make sure to see the main attractions of this famous seaside resort, there is something for all ages to enjoy.
