We often left our car at the cottage to enjoy walking in to Scarborough and various circular walks from the cottage. The owners, Mike and Christine, were friendly and welcoming, they also contacted us a couple of days before our visit to warn of us of a temporary road closure in the area and provided an alternative (much more scenic) route to the cottage.
