  • "Luckily I had read a review before our week break saying not to be put off by the exterior of the property."

    On arrival we were very disappointed as it looked very unkempt but because of that review we decided to go in and have a look around. We were so pleased we did as the apartment was beautiful and we had the most relaxing week. We have come home and booked for another week break later this year. Thank you to that reviewer you made our break and I hope this will in turn make someone else’s break. Mr & Mrs S

  • "The Lookout Post is a lovely apartment."

    The external building is a little rundown, but do not let that worry you. The actual apartment is really nice. Well appointed and very comfy. There is a couple of flights of stairs to get to the apartment but there is a lift available. The location is perfect and onsite parking is a great bonus. I didn’t hear any of the other apartments and I know that there were other people in the building. Kitchen had enough things to be able to cook at home if you wish but there are plenty of places to eat or get take out from. The balcony is a great bonus and has a lovely view over the North Beach. I found the bed very comfy. Bathroom is quite large a having a separate shower cubicle is so much better than having to step into the bath. The apartment is great base for exploring Bridlington and beyond. I highly recommend a visit to the animal park or a walk along the coast to the drinking dinosaur. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    The apartment the lookout post is a lovely apartment. I loves the week I was there. Right next to the sea front. The owner was very helpful. I will book again next year. 10 out of 10

The seaside resort of Bridlington lies on the east coast of Yorkshire, south of Scarborough and Filey. Two award-winning beaches of golden sand stretch out on either side of the historic harbour, bustling with activity. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offer a fascinating contrast to life on the beach, where the latest Dad's Army has been filmed, whilst the Bridlington Spa Theatre on the front provides evening entertainment.
