  • “Cottage is in a good location close to seafront and town.”

Facilities at the cottage are good. We could not get the hob on the cooker to work. The rings only got warm and not hot. We appreciate that the settings had worn off the controls. The tin opener did not work so mid meal preparation we had to go in search of a tine of beans with a pull can lid. We also warmed these in dishes in the oven as there was no microwave cook wear in the cottage. Apart from these issues we had a good holiday and would recommend it.

I am glad you had a good time in the cottage and thank you for your kind words in the visitor book. I am sorry about the tin opener. It was brand new and did work when I had previously tried it. However, I have swapped it as there needs to be an opener that works all the time. The hob will be replaced in the spring. I have cooked on it but it does take quite a while to heat up.
