A delightful detached bungalow in the quiet village in Roos in East riding of Yorkshire.

The cosy environment makes Shepherd's Cottage perfect for a family break in a great area of Northern England.

The sitting room is homely and warming, complete with a Freeview TV and woodburning stove to make it the perfect family chilling spot with views onto the tranquil village beyond.

The kitchen is very well-equipped and stylish with a dining table.

The bedrooms are well furnished and warming, with the living arrangements and large bathroom being perfect for a relaxed family stay.

Shepherd's Cottage comes with delightful rear and side lawned garden, extremely well-kept with plenty of outdoor furniture and space for all the whole family to enjoy.

The addition of a hot tub makes this bungalow just that bit more exciting and is a perfect way to treat yourself.

Only 3 miles drive from the property is a quiet beach at Tunstall ideal for walking dogs.

The seaside town of Withernsea is just 4 miles away, ideal for a day out at the coast with plenty to do, such as seaside attractions, children's playgrounds and amusements.
