  • “There were some disappointments with the lodge, the beds were very uncomfortable, both toilet seats were loose and the overflow hasn't been connected on the bath, the lodge was quite dusty as well, and the main bathroom floor was dirty, on the other hand the kitchen was lovely and clean and the linen provided was excellent everything white and sparkling, other than that the lodge was very well equipped with everything we needed and the basket of basic supplies was a lovely surprise, it meant that we could settle in with a nice cuppa and a biscuit before we unpacked, the niggles with the lodge are the only reason that I didn't mark it down as exceeding expectations?”
