  • "This was our second visit to Seasalt and we enjoyed our stay immensely."

On first night we had a slight problem so I text Niki and she text me back to say Mark would contact me which he did. He came round within 20 minutes and fixed the problem for us. We will be back again either later in the year or next year.

  • "Ideally located for the beach, shops & restaurants etc and all that Saltburn has to offer."

The apartment is well equipped with much appreciated little extras and the parking space a bonus. Lovely walk along the beach to Marske and the Italian gardens in the other direction with the vintage tea shop for delicious cakes. The grandchildren enjoyed a surf lesson down at the beach. Shame that the funicular is still out of action.

  • "Charming quirky property, we have stayed in more modern accommodation but for the price we paid for an out of season week in February seasalt gave excellent value for money."

The outstanding feature of this property is its location it’s perfect, right in the heart of this lovely seaside resort with absolutely everything you need on your doorstep, pubs, bars, sainsburys the railway station etc, lovely walks on the beach to Marske and Redcar and Cleveland way to skinningrove, I would stay here again. The only thing I would mention is as the property is a character property, there is no double glazing and as such it would benefit from more adequate window dressings rather than the vertical blinds, it was February and extremely windy weather and could be a little drafty and the blind in twin room is broken here and there.

The only problem we had was the bed was very creaky everytime you turned over it creaked. I do not sleep well at best of times as the bed made it worse.

The flat was very clean and lovely spacious rooms inside. Nice welcome pack on arrival including some milk for that first cuppa! Can’t understand some of these reviews commenting on the front door and communal hallway, how much time of your holiday do you spend at the door/hallway?? Anyway, these were all fine for us too, would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Good amenities and the owners left a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Two comfortable bedrooms (one double and two singles) with a good sized kitchen which was well equipped. The living room is also spacious with a freeview TV and plenty of board games and DVDs if you're bored, The settees are quite small so a struggle to sit four people comfortably. Wifi is good. Saltburn beach is a 5 minute walk and the main shops are a 10m stroll. Plenty of good walks if you're taking your dog on and off the beach. There is small parking area behind the apartment but plenty of off road parking, but I guess it would be very busy in the Summer months. Overall a lovely equppied apartment in a great location.
