Very comfortable and with a well-equipped kitchen, which we didn’t really make the best use of, as there are so many good places to eat just on the doorstep in Saltburn. We loved our stay here!

"Our second stay at Bluewater View was just as good as our first."
The accommodation is comfortable, bright and has a calm atmosphere. You are drawn to the windows with lovely views of the sea.
The apartment is well situated close to the shops and amenities of Saltburn. There are some lovely walks from the door.
We hope to visit again.

"The owner had thought of everything."
The flat was spotless and comfortable and well equipped. Bed very comfy. Great location. Less than a minute from the cliff top and at the other end of the road was a good supermarket. Great location for exploring the area and parking on the road wasn’t a problem.
Stairs up to the flat made us puff initially but by the end of the week we were fitter!
Thoroughly recommend.

"We had a fantastic stay at Bluewater view!"
It was spotlessly clean , extremely comfortable , the quality of the furnishings and everything provided was excellent. I cooked every day the kitchen had everything I needed and more …lovely to have the dishwasher ….we don’t have one at home so a real treat…no washing up all week!! . Julia even provided the dishwasher tablets ! The welcome basket was lovely and very much appreciated….milk in fridge on our arrival. Julia was extremely kind and helpful when I contacted her. The location is absolutely perfect easy to park and great for travelling and visit all the near by places lovely sea view too!! ….definitely 10 out of ten can’t say enough good things and shall definitely be recommending to family, friends and colleagues. ( we even recommended to people we met during our holidays!) …we would definitely like to return again . Many many thanks to Julia for really making it a great place to stay!

"Exceptional apartment."
Could not fault it or the location. Spotlessly clean, spacious with plenty of storage, comfortable bed and very well equipped.
The proximity to nearby shops, public transport and take-aways was a big bonus.
We had never been to Saltburn-on-Sea before but found it a charming and peaceful place. The views from the flat windows were stunning and we were blessed with great weather.
A good location for the delights of North Yorkshire and we would love to visit again.

The beach and town are both on your doorstep, great walks in both directions, and a town full of good restaurants, take aways and pub's.
I would highly recommend the bluewater view for a relaxing, comfortable stay.

Great location with sea views . The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped . Lovely welcome basket . The interior of this apartment is beautifully calm and airy . Blue water View is a gem of a place to stay .
Saltburn is beautiful with many places to eat and large Sainsbury’s only 2 minutes walk .
Excellent base to explore surrounding beaches and villages . Train station 2 minute walk with frequent links to Newcastle , Middlesbrough and York . Absolutely loved this apartment .

The apartment is bright, restful, spacious and really well equipped and maintained. You keep being drawn to the windows to look at the ever-changing sea views…
Saltburn is a lovely town with shops, cafes, restaurants and the railway station only a couple of minutes’ walk away. We would love to return.

Immaculately clean,very comfortable well kitted out flat.Good quality furnishing.Nice check in on us by owner to make sure all was okay.Really good location with a lovely sea view.Very easy walk to restaurants, shops and pubs.Plenty of lovely walks,good public transport links to the area.Plenty of nice unspoilt places to visit,would definately return and would happily recommend.

"The perfect property in a great location."
Wouldn’t alter anything. Very comfortable & everything catered for. It was so spotlessly clean & tidy with that fabulous sea view. Large rooms with plenty of space, very light & airy. A beautiful bedroom & super comfortable bed. Just as the photos show but even better in person. Yes there are 36 stairs up to the property but worth that for the view. We saw some beautiful sunrises & sunsets too along with some seals & dolphins. It is also very quiet there. There was one quite windy early morning and a couple of days of rain but you really couldn’t hear much of the weather at all. The town has plenty of supermarkets & eateries. The cliff train is beautiful, steeped in history & worth the £1.50 ride to help keep it running. All in all, a fantastic property & we had a really lovely week in Saltburn by the Sea. Thank you so much.

"Stairs were a little problematic."
One of us needing a hip replacement and the other with heart problems. Would be a good idea to point out the apartment is not suitable for potential customers with mobility problems.

"We received the key-code by text and access was straightforward."
The flat was very clean and decorated in a modern style. Everything that you might need was provided. It's in a great location near the sea front with sea views from the windows.
We had to contact the owners about an alarm going off in the entrance hall but they sorted it out very quickly.
Parking is on-street and we always managed to park nearby with no problems but we visited in September when the sea was calm. Once the waves get up, so that it's good for surfing, the camper vans appear all along the sea front as if by magic!
Highly recommend walking the beach to The Stray Cafe at Redcar, or along the coastal path to Skinningrove. Also Saltburn is only a 40 mins drive away from the heart of the North Yorks Moors.

"Bluewater View is a second floor apartment just a minutes walk from the sea front."
The apartment is new and gives you everything you need including the sea view. The photos on Sykes website are accurate. It is furnished to a high standard with a comfortable king sized bed, modern fittings include a washing machine, dishwasher and large smart tv and video player. There was a nice basket of goodies on arrival and the apartment was very clean. Our host Julia was just a phone call away and was very helpful if we had a problem. The town center is a 5 minute walk away and includes cafes, restaurants and a large Sainsburys. This is next to the train station and near the bus stop, we used the local buses makes a change from driving. Parking is at premium on a weekend but is okay on weekdays. The only negative is the 38 steps from the front door on the ground floor up to the apartment, there is no lift. We had hot sunny weather most days and enjoyed the holiday. Thank you Julia.
