On-street parking welcomes you on arrival, before making your way up the exterior staircase to this delightsome abode!

Make yourself at home in the living/dining room, a space that is not only stylish but boasts double aspect windows and sumptuous, leather seating in front of a TV with Netflix.

The kitchen is nearby and offers a range of fantastic appliances within its sleek, monochrome units, including a handy washing machine and dishwasher, as well as ample storage space.

Once the chef of the group has flexed their culinary skills, enjoy a tasty dinner back in the living/dining room at the table seating four.

At the end of the day, choose between one of the well-presented bedrooms to sleep in, the first being a double which is zip/linked for added flexibility, and the other comprises a twin.

A contemporary bathroom can also be found nearby, where you can enjoy refreshing showers in the glass cubicle.

A very short walk into Scarborough will bring you to a wealth of eateries and shops, as well as a plethora of things to see and do, such as sandy beaches and many attractions including Sea Life Centre, Dreamland Amusement Park and the Open Air Theatre.

For a day out with a difference, head to Whitby, a charming town offering access to the fascinating Whitby Abbey, 199 Steps and Whitby Museum, as well as a sandy beach and little shops and restaurants, including a place to buy locally-made ice cream.

For more coastal fun, be sure to visit Filey, a town hosting gorgeous green spaces, including Filey Brigg Country Park, the fantastic Filey Bird Garden & Animal Park, an esteemed golf club and access to a lovely beach.

The Cleveland Way path isn't far and is ideal if you want to explore more of North Yorkshire's coastline; if you're feeling adventurous, the North York Moors National Park is home to a range of trails and cycle routes amidst its moorland, heathland and forests.
