The property

A lovely third floor apartment set in a converted Victorian property in the stylish Southcliffe area of Scarborough seaside town.

Ideally placed for an enjoyable family holiday, this welcoming self-catering apartment is close to the seafront, Spa Theatre and shops.

The spacious sitting room retains the original high ceilings and wide windows, with comfortable leather sofas to relax on, while the dining area is situated in the generous-sized entrance hall.

A few minutes’ walk brings you to an excellent parade of shops, with a renowned butcher’s, delis, cafes and a good Italian restaurant.

Walk the other way for five minutes and you reach the cliff lift which takes you down to the beach, with its brightly coloured beach huts, yellow sands and the Spa Theatre, with its summer shows, restaurant and exhibitions.

Dawdle down to the pretty harbour, try your hand on the amusements, or taste the wonderful seafood on offer.

The choice of activities in and around Scarborough is enviable; from the world-renowned Stephen Joseph theatre, castle ruins and good surfing, to the open air theatre and the two contrasting bays.
