“The house was in a prime location 10 mins from beach and 5 mins from Peashome park.”

Great house for big family get together. Quiet area at night although seagulls were noisy. Lots of facilities and well stocked kitchen. The cellar was quite cold at night but heating was available.

Met most expectations however slightly disappointed with the hot tub all in all we only got one days full use of it due to the temperature but the place was in a great location and had ample room

“Great holiday home!”

House is as described . Big but cosy too. Cosy and warm. Lovely welcome items .. tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing powder and dishwasher tablets! Place was very clean and in a great location. Just down the hill to the beach, up the hill to town. The basement 'snug' was a big hit with the teens in our family!. Parking permits helped as street parking is usually time limited in Scarborough. Safety gates fitted to upstairs and downstairs from ground floor to keep dogs away from sleeping areas but helpful for toddlers staying too. Hot tub was a bonus but the surroundings not the prettiest view! Just two suggestions to improve this great house; Linked double beds for greater flexibility to twin/double bedrooms More empty cupboards in kitchen for guests' food.

A pleasing and heartwarming mid-terrace property located next to Peasholm Park in the seaside town of Scarborough.

And if this isnt comforting enough, a room with a four poster bed echoes an elegant deep purple ambience for a refreshing sleeping experience.

This property also includes a basement with snug, games room and two bedrooms, consisting of a double and family bedroom, and there's a family shower room on the ground floor.

All, but one of the bedrooms are adjoined with en-suites that have been intricately matched and designed to fulfill your needs.

To the back of the home, you will find a small courtyard with a hot tub, whilst the front yard showcases an attractive patio area.

Scarborough has something for everyone, with the Alpamare Water Park ten minutes walk away featuring indoor pools, an outdoor infinity pool and a gigantic wave pool, plus the beach, a number of shops and pubs are five minutes walk away, and only a minute walk away is a Michelin Star restaurant, a newsagents/grocery shop and a beauty salon.

The town is home to Scarborough Castle, which is a former medieval royal fortress situated overlooking the North Bay, North Sea and Scarborough itself.

Two minutes' walk away is the famous Peasholm Park, with its stunning oriental gardens, an artificial boating lake and a putting green.

Also operating between Peasholm Park and Scalby Mills is the North Bay miniature railway which features nearly a mile of railway.

Scarborough's famous Open Air Theatre is only a five minute walk and has become extremely popular over the last couple of years.

Also a five walk away is The Sands Complex which features many shops, restaurants overlooking the beach, and Sea Life Centre is within walking distance or you may wish to take the cable car ride.

Slightly further afield is the Leisure Village based in Ashburn Road which has a community football stadium, indoor swimming pool, sports hall and gym.
