Mrs Sisson “This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this bungalow and cannot fault it.”
It is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, has everything needed for a home from home and the views are simply stunning. There are walks direct from the door and would most certainly go back again

- Mrs Seamons, August 2020Mr Carr “The North Ridings Bungalow was excellent as previously chosen for it’s spectacular views over land and in particular the coastline.”
The accommodation and facilities of this Bungalow are exceptional and must rank as one of Sykes best. Everything you require for domestics or entertainment is provided with a rear enclosed non overlooked garden that is safe and secure for any pets. The location is excellent for close access to the Cleveland way and for those who enjoy open space and a quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and would certainly recommend it to anyone. Dereck and Tina

The cottage is immaculate and one of the nicest we have stayed in it met all our needs, it is totally private with a lovely enclosed garden for the dogs to play out in. Good amenities in the town with a very nice Coop at the bottom of the hill. Brilliant walks from the cottage including a pleasant walk through the woodlands to get to Saltburn on Sea. There is also a very nice pub within a short walk which is very dog friendly and serves excellent meals this is called The Royal George. So if you are looking for a spotless very comfortable cottage with everything you could want with a pub within walking distance and lovely walks and amazing views of the sea and area then this is the cottage for you. This 2 bedroom bungalow was absolutely perfect!! Set at the top of a hill, the views are amazing, all totally visible from the living room. Very clean, you would not know other people or animals had ever stayed there. My dog loved the garden, which was totally enclosed, with the mixture of path, gravel and grass. The bedrooms were a fair size and the beds so comfortable, I could have stayed there all day! Unfortunately, we did not find many dog friendly places to eat., but with such a well equipped kitchen, we did not go hungry! The owner of the bungalow was extremely helpful when I called him to say we were staying, and met us at the property. He gave us lots of tips for the local area on where to go. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk were provided for us.

The owner has thought of everything to make a great self catering holiday experience & I do mean everything; from luxury hand & bath towels, bedding and furnishings throughout the bungalow, to excellent cooking facilities & large wall mounted TV with surround sound system at your disposal, we were very satisfied with our choice. The most amazing thing about this property is its location. Once you stand in the living room looking over the village and to the sea beyond, only then can you truly appreciate that you've made an excellent choice in choosing "North Riding" for your holiday.

A lovely. lovely cottage. There was everything we could want in a holiday home and more. The owner of the bungalow were very nice, showed us round and where everything was. The Bungalow was very pleasant and clean and had everything you could need. The owners were very nice helpful but not obtrusive, and had gone to a a lot of trouble to make the bungalow nice. The only minus was the parking, which was on street, as you needed to turn round in a small area to be facing the right way to get out again .Lovely views of the sea.

Everything you could dream of was there: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, freezer, wonderful bed linen and a lovely little garden. Best of all: Waking up in the morning, and the first thing catching your eye is the lovely view onto the sea.
