Great location and the cottage provided everything we needed plus the host was very generous in all the goodies he provided - very thoughtful. Would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you so much for your great feedback Ange. I’m really glad you enjoyed your stay here in Snainton and the cottage too. It was lovely to meet you both. You were very nice guests and I enjoyed our brief chats. Hope you got home safely and nice and rested. Hope you might come back to visit again sometime when the sun is out…if it ever comes out again! You walk into a spotlessly clean home from home. It really is beautiful from the modern kitchen , through the comfortable lounge area , past the equally modern bathroom to the very calming bedroom done out in pale cream colours . The extras that Dan , the owner, provides ( fruit , wine etc. ) are an unexpected treat . The whole cottage is a joy. Thank you Dan for another lovely week despite the weather.

It was brilliant to see you both again. Like you said it was a shame about the weather. I think everyone has about had enough of all this rain. Roll on spring! I’m glad you had a nice week and to hear how much you like the cottage. Hopefully the redecoration will meet with your approval and the new sofas (if I can find an upholsterer with enough time to get them done Property Owner

  • "A lovely place to stay, with special treats waiting to welcome not only ourselves but our dog too."

This is the first cottage we have stayed in that provided dog bowls a thoughtful and personal touch. We would recommend this cottage to others seeking to explore this area of Yorkshire.
