“Beautiful spacious apartment, much bigger than I expected from the photos.”

Lovey decor and well equipped kitchen. Great heating (we stayed in January) and with a toddler the washing machine was a bonus. Host/Owner very helpful and friendly. Great location. On street parking wasn’t a problem. This apartment is a really lovely find and I will definitely go back again- very relaxing and had a boutique hotel feel about it. Would recommend highly

The property

A beautifully designed, ground floor apartment set within a charming, period townhouse, amidst the hustle and bustle of the vibrant North Yorkshire town of Scarborough.

With immediate access to the delightful esplanade and beautiful walks along the golden, sandy beach, this unusual apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family of three seeking a coastal break in a popular region of Yorkshire.

With original features throughout expressing a nod to its past, and a contemporary finish adding a touch of class and style, you won't be disappointed at a stay at this refined holiday let.

Step inside and into the lounge, which is a main focal point of the apartment, and admire the thoughtful attention to detail left behind for you to enjoy.

The large bay window draws in the natural light, enhancing a stylish interior, decorated with the original cornice work bordering the high Victorian-style ceilings, a charming, electric imitation woodburner and interesting house-hold ornaments and accessories dotted about the place.

A mezzanine floor rests just above the sitting room, with access via a ladder to a single bed, should you wish to bring along your little one, or perhaps if you wanted an extra guest to join you for a few days to help you explore a well-appointed holiday destination.

The double room is beautifully finished with an en-suite designer slipper bath set behind sliding doors for added privacy.

There is also a shower room located at the back of the apartment with a rainfall shower head.

A modern, contemporary kitchen, compact, yet fully equipped, completes the accommodation in style with an adjoining utility room, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

Outside you can enjoy seating for two, so you can sit out of an afternoon and enjoy a refreshing glass of wine.

The town is very popular amongst tourists, with an abundance of attractions to explore, a wonderful location for outdoor leisure activities, not to mention Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music.

Nearby is the Cleveland Way with beautiful coastal walks and Whitby with its imposing castle.

This charm-filled retreat is a unique experience in a lovely area of North Yorkshire.
