The property

Set on the soft, sandy shores of the east coast of Yorkshire, within the popular resort of Bridlington, you will find this fabulous three-storey dwelling, 13 Ferndale Terrace.

Renovated to a high standard with stylish and contemporary interiors throughout, this spacious home-from-home offers the perfect base from which a family or group of nine can explore this breath-taking part of the country.

Feel right at home in the gorgeous sitting room with a plush leather corner sofa as you enjoy conversations with loved ones and begin to map out all of your upcoming adventures.

Move your way into the ultra-sleek kitchen as you show off your culinary skills at the electric oven and hob, before serving up your mouth-watering creations in the dining room for all to enjoy.

At the end of the evening, choose to retire to one of the four well-decorated bedrooms.

A twin single bedroom and a king-size rest peacefully on the first floor, whilst a triple sleeper bunk room and a king can be found sharing a handy Jack-and-Jill cloakroom on the second floor, with a walk-in shower located in the king bedroom too.

Back on the first floor you can delight in a long soak in the luxurious freestanding bath, or a quick morning rinse in the roomy walk-in shower, together completing the bright and tranquil family bathroom.

Spend your mornings out in the rear courtyard embracing the salty sea air as you sip on a warm cup of coffee, before grabbing your walking boots and heading to the centre of Bridlington to start your awe-inspiring hike along the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast.

Discover the picturesque New Flamborough Lighthouse and RSPB Bempton Cliffs, or take a detour onto the soft sands of The Bay Beach.

Spend the day in Filey and tour the Filey Museum or meet the wild residents of Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park, whilst over in Scarborough, the ancient stronghold of Scarborough Castle is well-worth a visit.

Closer to home, The Bayle Museum and Sewerby Hall and Gardens offer fantastic days out, and a good selection of pubs and restaurants await your arrival.

Make unforgettable memories with your loved ones on a stay at 13 Ferndale Terrace.
