  Was a little confusion over the boiler for the whole building being in the apartment, taller members of our family did knock themselves on it perhaps could be moved to a better place. Also wasn't informed about the parking permit which would have saved us a lot of stress getting up early every morning ,and spending a lot of money on parking fees

  But resolved. No Netflix there usually is so take your password. Watch your fur babies in back yard lots of broken glass. No brush to sweep it up.

  It would help If there were instructions on how to get the TV working for normal programmes, (we could only watch IPlayer etc.) The no parking outside the property is a pain. Maybe some information on places to park, We found out you can park outside if you have a Blue Badge. The people in the apartment next door were very loud and annoying. (They live there).

• "We had a lovely stay at Frankie’s 2."

  Sam, the caretaker was very helpful. We did have a problem getting the key pad to work, the first time we used it, causing quite a panic on my part but the rest of the time it was easy. Definitely need black out blinds in both bedrooms! 2 pillows or firmer pillows (for reading in bed). An instruction book giving general information ie how the TV works, heating etc. recommendations for eating out. How to turn the shower off and on. My niece drenched the bathroom trying to turn it off No mirrors in twin bed room. 3 in double!! The paintwork needs freshening up especially in the kitchen. None of the above stopped us having a relaxing stay and the flat couldn’t be more convenient for everything in Bridlington. Perfect.

• "What an amazing apartment!"

  . Booked Frankies due to closeness of location to the Spa as came away for a 4 day dance competition. Apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and easy to find. Have already booked again for next year!! Could do with a clock and somewhere to put your shampoo when showering, and no on street parking or permit, but thats the only little improvements. Can't wait to stay again. Thank you ⭐️

• "Me and my partner stayed at Frankie's seaview with our 2 baby daughters, this was their first holiday and we all enjoyed it."

  The accommodation wasn't far from the train station which was great as that's how we got to Bridlington from Doncaster. The accommodation is basically on the seafront which is another added bonus. The accommodation was easy to find and extremely clean and modern, ideal for a family holiday. We will certainly be coming back to stay at Frankie's seaview again next year, we highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice stay in Bridlington.

• "Spent a weekend in Frankie’s 2 The flat/apartment was on the ground floor."

  Easy access from the front garden. A little confused with key locks. Should have realised that ours was numbered 2 because we were in Frankie’s 2. Place was immaculate inside. Outdoor space at the back a little tired. Could have done with a good sweep. We would have happily swept if had found a broom. The dogs absolutely loved it. Plenty of space and a good size, secure outdoors space to let them out. The facilities were excellent. Location couldn’t have been better. Directly opposite the promenade and next to the Bridlington Spa. The beach was amazing. Restrictions for dogs, but there’s a beach area past the cafes and beach huts, that they could us. Thank you. Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends

• "Fab little place for a break."

  Clean tidy well appointed but no corkscrew (aaahhhggg). Two small things however didnt spoil things but a strange smell persisted through the stay and although the parking issue was mentioned in the blurb it could be an issue for some as you have to use expensive local public carparks battling with other holiday makers for limmited spaces. All in all a fantastic stay in a great appartment.
