  • "Apart from the settee and chairs, everything was excellent."

It was so low I had to roll onto the floor to stand up.

  • "The only slightly negative comment was that the sofa in particular was uncomfortable rather old and had the sofa back missing."

The two tub type chairs also we we found uncomfortable. The whole whole holiday was great the beds were very comfortable the location was excellent and the standard of maintenance and cleanliness was high.

Thank you for your feedback. We always take this seriously and welcome all comments. The sofa has scatter-back cushions for your comfort and there are 4 available for the back. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. Kind regards Property Owner

  • "We loved our stay in Harbour Cottage!"

It’s about 2 minutes walk from South Beach, was really clean and cosy with everything we needed. It’s dog friendly, has parking, nice and quiet despite proximity to everything, and the owners were lovely when we chatted with them! Definitely would return, in fact the kids have been asking to go back.

It is very clean and tidy and very well equipped. The ground floor consists of a lounge with TV and wood burner, a dining room and kitchen which has fridge/freezer, microwave, dish washer and all the pots and pans you would need. At the rear is a separate games room which contains a washing machine. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and a single all with very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.

The owners even left us a towel and dog bowl just in case we forgot to bring ours for our dog. Excellent cottage/

The cottage was very clean and comfortable, in a good location to the beach and shops only a 5 minute walk good to have private parking in front of property as otherwise would have been a problem parking, good location for getting to other destinations Scarborough and Whitby within a 45 minute drive , weather was excellent couldn't have been better for September stayed13/20 would rec0mmend and would go again in the future

  • "This property is perfectly located and beautifully appointed and decorated."

The only drawback would be for anyone with mobility difficulties as there is a turn at the top of the stairs onto the landing and a step down from it into the bathroom which is difficult to negotiate if you have dodgy knees. Other than that it has everything you could want within a couple of minutes walk.

    G. downstairs to lift, 3rd bedroom and outdoor washing / play room. Just the odd item needs adding e.g. corkscrew / tupperware. The welcome hamper was fab.

Lots to do for families within Bridlington and great places to visit just outside the town for birdwatching, secluded beaches and walks. Cottage was comfortable, clean and well equipped with lovely themed decor throughout. Great addition with the adjoining spacious games room / utility. Had a great time, thanks.
