The property

A terraced cottage located in the heart of Bridlington on the popular Yorkshire coast.

This charming property is situated just a few minutes' walk from the town centre, spa and beach, making it ideal for families and small groups.

The ground floor of the property offers open-plan living space, featuring a bay window, gas fire and folding doors, allowing in plenty of natural light - a fine place to relax while you're not out exploring the area.

The dining room has seating for five people, offering a great space to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals together, while the kitchen features contemporary appliances and lovely views of the garden.

A downstairs WC completes the ground floor, while the upstairs bathroom is equipped with a bath, electric shower, basin and WC.

Upstairs you will also find a double bedroom, a twin and a single bedroom, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements suitable for a range of different groups.

At the back of the property, there is an enclosed patio garden, featuring an external, multi-functional games room with table football and a washer/dryer.

The seaside resort of Bridlington is home to two award-winning beaches and a bustling harbour, which is less than 10 minutes' walk from the property.

Explore the activities on the promenade, discover the history of the Old Town, or simply soak up the atmosphere in the town centre.

Due to it's location in the heart of the East Riding of Yorkshire, there are plenty of activities to do outside of Birdlington.

The seaside town of Filey is just 10 miles away, or slightly further afield you, you will find Scarborough.

    “The only slightly negative comment was that the sofa in particular was uncomfortable rather old and had the sofa back missing.”

Filey 10 miles; Scarborough 20 miles.

The seaside resort of Bridlington lies on the east coast of Yorkshire, south of Scarborough and Filey. Two award-winning beaches of golden sand stretch out on either side of the historic harbour, bustling with activity. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offer a fascinating contrast to life on the beach, where the latest Dad's Army has been filmed, whilst the Bridlington Spa Theatre on the front provides evening entertainment. There is also the East Riding Leisure Centre, with family swimming area and a variety of other indoor activities. Further afield are the picturesque villages and scenery of the Yorkshire Wolds, the neighbouring resorts of Filey, Scarborough and Whitby and the spectacular heritage coastline. There are numerous places to visit in the area, including Bempton's RSPB bird sanctuary, Sewerby Hall, Danes Dyke and Flamborough Head with its cliffs and caves.
