It is a lovely cottage and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. It's in a lovely quiet location but close enough to tons of great days out. We totally recommend Helmsley Castle and village. We can't wait to come back again. Right at the top of our long list of cottages that we've stayed at. Felt like a home from home and we didn't want to leave. Alex the owner was really helpful and friendly. He was a joy to deal with. Thanks for everything. Rich and Deb.
