“It's a hidden gem set in beautiful surroundings mid way between Ripon and Harrogate.”

The owner provided a welcome pack, of butter, fresh eggs, home made bread, milk, tea, sugar, coffee and a bottle of wine. The village shop and post office is run by a lovely lady name Linda and the local pub has a very good menu, both are just a short walk away from the cottage. I was extremely lucky to find Wallerthwaite farm cottage as it was new to the market and i was the first guest. I was between houses at the time and needed somewhere to stay for a month. I was extremely lucky to find Wallerthwaite farm cottage as it was new to the market and i was the first guest. I was between houses at the time and needed somewhere to stay for a month. The cottage is a brand new farm building conversion which has been done to the highest standard with quality fixtures and fittings. I can definitely highly recommend this cottage.
