The property

Positioned near the harbour on the coast of Whitby is this stunning Grade II listed, semi-detached cottage.

11 Church Street is a wonderful choice for a small group of friends or families looking to escape to the coast of North Yorkshire.

Entering the property, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan interior, with a sofa and an armchair where you can enjoy a relaxing evening while catching up with your favourite shows, in front of the warming gas fire.

Walk around the staircase into the modern kitchen, housing all the modern appliances you could need to rustle up a home-cooked meal for your loved ones.

Use the dining area for family gatherings and enjoy your meals over a glass of wine, whilst catching up on the day's events.

Follow the stairs up to the first floor where you will discover a spacious double bedroom, with a splash of colour in the delightful artwork and bed throws, while the second floor offers a twin bedroom, perfect for your little ones.

Visit the Gothic ruins, take tour of the medieval architecture and discover the history behind the abbey, said to have been the home of the first known English poet and an inspiration for Bram Stoker's famous novel 'Dracula'.
