The property

This charming red brick town house is nestled in one of Whitby’s historic yards.

Centrally located but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of this vibrant seaside town.

It is only a short walk away from all the delights Whitby has to offer.

This lovely mid-terrace cottage has been refurbished with care, offering spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation, ideal for family and friends.

Inside, the lounge boasts a contemporary feel brought together with light colour schemes and sumptuous armchairs.

Cosy around the gas fire on a cold wintry evening and chat over your plans for the day ahead, or simply enjoy each other’s company with a shared favourite TV programme.

The well-presented kitchen comes with a collection of pale blue fitted units, and a fabulous range cooker backed by a decorative feature wall – perfect for the chef of the group.

A dining area rests in one corner of the room, which is extendable so you can enjoy a delicious family meal together.

A plush carpeted staircase takes you to the first floor where a sunny double room boasts a handy en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom offers fantastic views highlighting the magnificent Abbey in the distance that can be viewed from the property.

Climb to the second floor.

A lovely sunny sitting room with fabulous views over to the Abbey and the 199 steps, ideal for guests who want some quiet time reading or playing games.

The twin room has views of the blue waters of Whitby harbour and beyond.

The family bathroom is a bright shade of teal with gleaming white tiles set around the bath and shower.

If you fancy some quiet time to gather your thoughts, along with a spot of fresh air, a small seating area rests at the front of the house, with access to the main street.

You'll be fascinated meandering the cobbled lanes of the town, along with its independent shops and safe sandy beaches, as well as the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, in the house where he once lived.

Discover seafood restaurants, explore the Yorkshire Moors and absorb the charming atmosphere about town.

Views atop Whitby Abbey are a sight to behold; climb the famous 199 steps and take in the seaside ambience drifting through the air.

This lovely cottage is a pleasure to return to at the end of each day.
