The conservatory has white rattan furniture to seat five people and overlooks the enclosed garden – it’s a tranquil place to enjoy a cuppa as you read the morning papers.
On the first floor is a sunny sitting room with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, DVD and CD player.
The contemporary white kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Gather together at the dining area for mealtimes, or to keep the cook company.
This floor also has a smart family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.
The second floor has a superb master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, with shower, basin and WC.

Tortuga House is a pleasant 10-15 minutes walk to the famous ‘199 Steps’ that lead to the Abbey grounds.
Follow the river Esk as it heads out to sea, on your way you’ll pass Captain Cook’s Memorial Museum, where you can learn more about the great explorer whose apprenticeship began here, in Whitby.
For those with an interest in all things maritime, don’t forget to pop into the RNLI museum on your way to the beach.
The historic swing bridge lets you cross to the Marina, supermarket, train station and a number of outstanding restaurants, wine bars and pubs.
The heritage coast is peppered with picturesque fishing villages, such as Staithes, Runswick Bay and Robin Hood’s Bay, and there’s some fabulous coastal walking paths.
Further afield, bird-lovers will enjoy a trip to the RSPB Bempton Cliffs Reserve, where more than half a million seabirds, including puffins, nest into the cliffs every year.
