  • "Nice cottage, really clean, everything as per description - but there were a couple of niggles: 1."

This is the only cottage we have ever stayed in where towels weren’t provided. Having to take hand towels, bath towels and dish cloths for a family for a week is one hassle we could have done without. 2. The picnic bench is at the North facing rear of the cottage next to the car parking space, whereas the sun tends to be on the south facing front of the property. Could do with moving it or providing patio furniture so guests can enjoy the sun out the front. 3. The cottage is located on a really nice holiday park, the owners were all really quiet and obviously take pride in their properties. But it faces on to another holiday park which was noisier and had a different type of clientele. Basically, the 360 degree view from the cottage was caravans as far as the eye can see.

  • "This is a beautiful and spotlessly clean property situated within the Whitehouse Holiday Park at Wilsthorpe which is about 2."

5 miles outside Bridlington. However it should be made clear that towels are not provided. Our receipt stated 'linen and towels provided' but no towels were provided. The Camp warden very kindly loaned us 4 of her own personal towels which saved the day. There were a couple of light bulbs out, but otherwise everything was fine.

  • "We absolutely enjoyed every minute of out holiday, the house was just perfect!"

and we recieved a wonderful welcome gift of fresh eggs, bread and flowers, we will certainly be booking again. It was perfect for those of us on mobility scooters who could follow the coast road into Bridlington, and free park n ride facilities. We all didnt want to come home.

  • "The cottage is well equipped for families (we could have left most our toddlers extra equipment at home!"

), beautifully presented and perfect for getting away with another family (our friends booked next door). Ample safe outdoor space to play regardless of weather, great local beach/cliff walks, supermarket delivery from Tesco or Asda and plenty of good local takeaway deliveries. Despite Covid restrictions we had a fantastic break and felt very safe. Without hesitation we would go back.

  • "Great cottage in a good location, we loved the break and it’s proximity to the beach."

It’s was loverly cottage with all you need, we’ll suites and kitted out for kids. We struggled to find which Holliday park the keys were at and this could be clearer on the welcome e-mail - it just says holiday park where there are a few in the area, the first two we went to had never heard of the cottage... it was also not clear that towels weren’t provided, not an issue to us but maybe for others

  • "The directions for picking up the keys simply mentioned holiday park reception but didn't say which one!"

It wasn't obvious for us being unfamiliar with the area and there are 3 parks close together.
