The property

A pleasant holiday lodge sitting in walking distance of Bridlington south shore beach and a 5 minute drive from Fraisthorpe Beach and stunning scenery, Chalet 280 is a wonderful holiday base for a couple or family of four.

Placed within the East Riding of Yorkshire, you can expect to find a plethora of fantastic walking routes on your doorstep, with plenty of attractions to keep all ages entertained.

Step over the decking area and into the open-plan living space to be met by hues of blue and white echoing a maritime theme; take a seat on one of the plush sofas and settle down for the evening in front of the TV, before heading to the kitchen area to prepare a delicious treat for all.

The modest kitchen with its stylish white units and wooden worktops makes a great spot for preparing a romantic meal, a family-favourite dish or even a simple picnic to take out with you when you're not out indulging in the fresh sea food of the waterside restaurants.

Sit together around the dining table playing your favorutie board games brought from home, before moving down the hallway to discover the sleek shower room; also boasting a seaside theme with its bright blue theme and pebble feature wall, here you can enjoy a refreshing shower to either begin a day of adventure or before snuggling into the sheets of your wonderful bedroom.

The two bedrooms consist of both a double and a bunk room, both offering stylish bed linens and a snug spot from which to catch up on your rest.

Spend a moment of two on the south-facing decking to end your days, soaking in the sun with a rewarding beverage in hand as you toast to your best memories so far.

The site on which the holiday home is located offers guests both a shop for picking up any snacks or last-minute ingredients, as well as a restaurant with a bar for that special occasion.

Make the most of the on-site amusement arcade, something the little ones are sure to delight at, before heading down to the beach for a day of sandcastle building and watersports.

Explore the beauty of the Flamborough Heritage Coast, home to Britain's only mainland colony of gannets, before taking a stroll along the Wolds Way leading you to Filey where you can find another beautiful beach, golfing opportunities and the wonderful Filey Dams Nature Reserve.

Venture into the North York Moors National Park for a scenic experience like no other or take a trip to Hull to discover its magnificent aquarium, the Streetlife Museum, art galleries and a picturesque marina.

Wilsthorpe is a modest hamlet resting on the coast of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Sitting on the fringes of Fraisthorpe beach and offering picturesque seascapes, it's the perfect place for your next holiday by the sea. The hamlet is home to a shop, pub and café, as well as the Belvedere Circle making a wonderful spot to roam in the summer months where you can sit and absorb your scenery with an ice cream in hand before venturing into nearby Bridlington. The coastal town of Bridlington, known as "The Lobster Capital of Europe", makes a fantastic day out for all ages. Get lost in its rich history through taking a stroll along the pre-Roman harbour and venturing through its beautiful Old Town. Home to the 2016 Dad's Army film, here you will find the Augustinian Priory, Bayle Museum and Harbour Heritage Museum, all promising fun-filled way to spend your time here, with plenty of astounding architecture and historic spots to explore. Or simply explore the many eateries on offer in the town including cafés, restaurants and pubs, before getting lost in the unique shopping experiences on offer varying from fashion stores to antique shops. Within reach is the RSPB Bempton Cliffs Seabird Centre, a true spectacle to be seen with around half a million seabirds gathering between the months of March and October, it's well-worth a visit if not just to take in the views of the North Sea. Visit the port city of Hull offers its own aquarium, the Streetlife museum and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to spend a family day out, or head to York to be met by a whole host of attractions and history including its Shambles from the Middle Ages providing quaint shops and a great trip for the Harry Potter enthusiast, alongside its Gothic-style Minster tales of ghosts and evidence of Vikings; it provides experiences of all kinds!
