Resting in a lovely, quiet spot opposite the village church, enjoying the beautiful fringes of the Yorkshire Wolds, is 4 Church Row.

This mid-terrace cottage is well-suited to couples, groups of three or a young family looking to explore the surrounding area, including the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast, Howardian Hills AONB and the North York Moors.

Once you have explored all that is on offer in this fascinating region, relax and unwind in the cosy sitting room, which has an electric fire taking the chill away from those cool wintry evenings.

Next is the well-equipped kitchen, where you can cook up a storm and get together around the dining table, or enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar.

From here climb the staircase to the family bathroom, which has an electric shower over the bathtub, where you can run a bubble bath or enjoy an invigorating shower each morning.

There are two bedrooms; the king-size double boasts a freestanding wardrobe and lovely views out towards the medieval church, while the children's bunk room enjoys vistas over the pleasant gardens to the Wolds beyond.

Make the most of the patio outside for a spot of relaxed alfresco dining; the area has a shared thoroughfare, yet is mostly quiet, allowing you to appreciate your surroundings, as you wash you meal down with a refreshing drink.

There are further gardens to enjoy 50 metres up the path, and there is also a lockable bike shed available for you to use.

You can stroll to the local pub, while all other amenities are within driving distance at the village of Hunmanby.

You have the whole of the coast to explore, including Scarborough, Bridlington and Withernsea, while the cultural city of York is also within easy reach, playing host to a variety of shops, restaurants and its fabulous racecourse.
