  • “The cottage is everything it says, beautiful location backing onto a field, which results in daily visits from the two horses and three chickens.”

You can see deer in neighbouring fields, so is a lovely setting. Very well equipped, plenty of crockery and pans, towels for both the bathroom and the hot tub. Both bedrooms lovely decorated with a nice modern bathroom. Hot tub was excellent and monitored by the owner every day. The owner was always on hand if you had any issues, which we had none. There was a large area at the front of the property to store bikes safely which was great. Location between Malton and Pickering was ideal, only a mile from Eden Camp, and 10 mins to Flamingo Land. Great choice of restaurants and take aways in the area as I had no intentions of cooking. There is some noise from traffic but as this was more towards the front of the house it was not an issue at all, and did not bother us. Would certainly return and recommend it to others.
