“Perfect cottage for our family get away”

We have just spent a week in the fabulous Grove cottage with our 11month old baby. This cottage was absolutely perfect for our family get away, as it was warm (so important when you have a baby!), comfortable and provided a cot and high chair. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard and the hot tub was a lovely way to relax on an evening! There’s so much to do nearby, we visited Whitby, Robin hoods bay, castle Howard, Rievaulx abbey, Helmsley castle and Eden camp. ...

It is decorated and furnished to a high standard and the hot tub was a lovely way to relax on an evening! There’s so much to do nearby, we visited Whitby, Robin hoods bay, castle Howard, Rievaulx abbey, Helmsley castle and Eden camp. The owners were great, warm and welcoming but then left us to it and weren’t intrusive. Would definitely recommend to any family’s with young children wanting a comfy, safe place to stay with lots to do in the surrounding area, and the luxury of a hot tub for grown ups to relax after a busy day. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect week :)
