The property

Rosedale House is a beautiful detached house standing proud above the pretty village of Welburn amidst the Howardian Hills.

Originally built in the 18th century, local tradition suggests that the carved heads on the front of the house are those of King Neptune and the Earl of Carlisle.

Ideally placed, visitors to this little village can enjoy the North York Moors and the east coast seaside resorts of Scarborough, Filey and Whitby, all within an hour's drive.
