Arranged over three floors the property offers three bedrooms on the first floor with a family bathroom with bath and shower over plus an additional separate WC, additionally there are basins in two of the bedrooms, a ground floor shower room adds extra convenience whilst on the lower ground floor there is a utility room with washer and drier and space for storing beach equipment.
There is back door on the lower ground floor giving easy access off the beach with a shower hose to wash off sandy toes by the back door.
To the front of the property there is a lovely sunny bench for enjoying your morning coffee and to the rear a small courtyard with raised decking with table and chairs, perfect for catching the afternoon and evening sun.
A short walk leads to a local pub, three cafes and two restaurants.
Sandsend itself offers a sandy beach, coastal walks and views along the shoreline, nearby Whitby is home to Whitby Abbey, the Captain Cook Memorial Museum and a lively harbour.
Just up the road you can visit Staithes for its heritage coastline, narrow streets and galleries or head inland to Pickering to explore Pickering Castle, Beck Isle Museum and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, additional highlights in the area include the North Yorks Moors National Park for walking and cycling, Robin Hoods Bay, great for rock pooling and Scarborough with its beaches, seaside attractions and open air theatre.
